Rotary Chisel
The Rotary Chisel's solid carbide head cuts cleaner and faster than any other chisel currently available. This tool cuts smooth and clean on the hardest woods, marble, limestone, steatite, alabaster, bronze, aluminum and even stainless steel!
The Rotary Chisel's unique, triangular shape allows for a full view of the cut and for rapid heat dissipation, thereby extending the life of the tool.
Each cutter head is manufactured of solid carbide and the self-cleaning edge remains sharp years longer than conventional carving tools.
There are 5 sizes and 4 different carving profiles. The 100 and 101 sizes come with an 1/8" (3mm) shaft and can be used on a Dremel or Dremel like rotary tool. The 102, 103 and 104 sizes all have an American 1/4" (6mm) shaft and requires a collet which can handle a 1/4" shaft (such as a die/air grinder). The 5 sizes come in all 4 carving profiles. The difference in sizes (100 vs. 101) is the depth of the cut. Once you jump to the 102, 103 and 104 sizes there will be a difference in both the depth and width of cut. A same size set example would be a 101A, 101B, 101C and 101D; this means you now have 1 of every carving profile. The carving profiles are as follows:
A = a soft rounded like carve (like in the picture above)
B = a 'V' or straight line carve
C = Square carve
D = "W" like carve (perfect for fur, feathers, or a hash tag like texture)

*For our International customers we strongly recommend you only order the 100 or 101 sizes unless you have an American machine which has a 1/4" (6mm) collet*
